Same Day Shipping

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3pm (Eastern) will be shipped the same day*.  Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), or on national holidays will be shipped out the next business day.  Cigarti will try its utmost to provide an extremely satisfying ordering and delivery process to our customers.  There may be factors which could delay the shipment of your order.  *These factors may include:

• Shipping address provided is incorrect or non-existent
• Order is pending a credit approval and/or fraud verification
• Product is currently out of stock
• Force majeure

Shipping Partners and Delivery

We have teamed up with USPS and UPS to deliver your shipments safely, securely, and on time.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order depending on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Customers residing within the United States should expect their order to arrive between 2-4 business days when selecting USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground service shipping options.  We also offer express shipping options from both services for quicker delivery time.

International customers (customers outside of the U.S) should expect 10-15 days (on average) for their orders to arrive when choosing USPS International Priority, though orders may take as many as 30 days to arrive if held at customs. Quicker international shipping options are also available.

Shipping Policy and Customs Information

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country (import fees).  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Please take into account your local customs policies and postal delivery scheduling.

Customers are responsible for any local customs or duties incurred. Cigarti is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance at country of destination.

If your order was sent back to Cigarti by your local customs or postal agency, and you would like to have it resent, a shipping fee will be implemented.
