If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Cigarti purchase, you can return the complete purchase within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund, minus shipping and handling charges.

The customer is responsible for return postage fees.

This guarantee is void after 30 days of your delivery date.

Defective Items and Exchanges

All products are subject to an even exchange within 30 days of delivery date.

The customer is responsible for return postage fees.

Our batteries and chargers come with a 1 year warranty.   Misuse of batteries and chargers will result in the warranty being voided.  Examples of misuse include but are not limited to:  Exposure to liquids, excessive heat, attempted modifications, and the use of e-liquids.  Use of any non-Cigarti product with your Cigarti will also void the warranty.

If you find your product to not be working, please contact us at info@cigarti.com or give us a call at 855-4-CIGARTI (855-424-4278) or 317-596-2159  (M-F 9am-5pm EST).  Our customer service representatives will take you through several steps to help determine or correct the problem. If the problem cannot be solved, the customer service department will email you an RMA form which should be filled out and included in your return.  The original item must be returned to Cigarti and inspected prior to any replacement. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  Upon receipt of your product, we will inspect your items and determine whether a replacement is necessary.  Please allow 1-2 business days from the receipt of your product to determine the status of your item.  Replacements will be sent back at no charge to the customer.
